Weeping for Thār Allāh Means Awaiting Baqiyyat Allāh (2)

Thār Allāh: The Universal Banner of Divine Unity, Beyond Race | Part Two

Karbala: An Arena of Confrontation, Not a Tribal Balance of Power

Many have sought to reduce the event of Ashura to a historical conflict between two clans or two Arab lineages. Yet “Thār Allāh” means blood belonging to God; and God is the Lord of all the worlds. When blood is ascribed to the sacred divine realm, it transcends the confines of tribal blood vengeance and becomes a legacy for all humanity.

The War of Divine Unity against Polytheism: An Eternal Confrontation

At Karbala, it was neither Arab fighting Arab nor Qurayshi fighting Qurayshi; rather, it was “pure divine unity” that stood against “the polytheism of the Age of Ignorance.” Husayn ibn Ali (peace be upon him) rose not for the honor of his tribe’s name, but to save “the very foundation of religion” and “human dignity.” Wherever the call “Is there anyone to help?” is heard, it speaks not in the Arabic language, but in the language of the innate disposition of all who seek truth throughout the world, whatever their race, color, or geographical location.

Every Believer in Divine Unity: An Avenger of Blood

“Thār Allāh” means seeking vengeance for a right that belongs to all human beings. If Karbala is the war of divine unity against polytheism, then geographical and racial boundaries pale before this truth. Anyone, anywhere in the world, who is a “believer in divine unity” and rises against “oppression” stands in the ranks of those who seek vengeance for the blood of Abu Abd Allah. Husayn (peace be upon him) belongs to all who seek justice and refuse servitude to anyone other than God.

Conclusion

Awaiting Baqiyyat Allāh means standing alongside the most universal uprising in history. Across borders, the ranks of the world’s seekers of truth await an avenger who will bring justice grounded in divine unity to all humanity. On this path, “being a believer in divine unity” is the sole identifying credential and true identity of an “avenger of blood.”
