Al-Yawm: The Day the Sky Smiled (Part Two) — Al-Yawm: The Honor of Religion, the Greatness of Faith, the Eternal Identity
Author: Hamed Sarem
“Today” in the third verse of Sūrat al-Mā’idah is not merely a word pointing to time; it marks the moment when religion reaches perfection, blessing is completed, and faith assumes a complete and firmly established form. “الْيَوْمَ أَكْمَلْتُ لَكُمْ دِينَكُمْ وَأَتْمَمْتُ عَلَيْكُمْ نِعْمَتِي...” This “Today” is the day a truth is consolidated; the day faith rises beyond individual belief and becomes the identity, honor, and greatness of a community. An identity that does not wear away with the passage of time, because it is rooted in a religion of which God Himself has spoken in terms of “perfection.” al-Yawm: the point at which religion reaches perfection, blessing reaches completion, faith attains honor, and an everlasting identity begins.

Subtitle: *al-Yawm: the Honor of Religion, the Grandeur of Faith, an Everlasting Identity*
A sea within a pond at Ghadir was not merely a stopping place in the middle of the desert; rather, it was the starting point of a life-giving current that will quench the thirst of seekers of truth until the Resurrection. In this section of the discussions on the “Ghadir Verses,” we journey into the depths of the divine Word to unveil secrets that descended upon the heart of the Noble Messenger (peace be upon him and his family) on the Day of the Perfection of Religion, and that traced the clear path of guidance forever. The legacy of light, the trust of love: *Every frame and every second of this work is a manifestation of the sincere devotion of the heavenly editor of this collection, the martyr Haditheh Musazadeh, to the sacred presence of Amīr al-Mu’minīn (peace be upon him). After she was ruthlessly targeted by the Jewish-Zionist enemy in the Ramadan War, she devoted her art and her time to exalting the name of Ghadir; she is now a guest at the table of her master’s generosity.*
Let us, by viewing, reflecting upon, and sharing this distinguished content, both deepen our own knowledge of the incomparable station of wilāyah and make the reward of disseminating the Word of Truth a lamp to guide that departed soul who has taken flight.
